In the digital age when the inefficiency of traditional course education becomes increasingly obvious within many fields of subjects, the Dubai Police Department turning to gamification and other edtech solutions. The team in charge of training and education has in this spirit created a virtual classroom where employees can learn about the organization’s four strategic goals and across 10 different security and awareness topics. These topics are triggered by gamification mechanics and are open to the police’s twenty different departments, ten police stations as well as seven other organizations.
