Students developing entrepreneurial skills in startup competition

Students Developing Entrepreneurial Skills In Startup CompetitionIn their efforts of developing entrepreneurial skills, 33 teams of students at Purdue University is competing in the startup competition. The prize is totally $115 000 that will be awarded by a panel of alumni with entrepreneurial backgrounds. The prime goal is for the students to develop entrepreneurial competence. At the same time, several successful startups have grown out of the competition during the years it has been arranged. This includes three winners from the competition that has been named in Forbes 30 under 30. This year’s competition includes three categories: business to business, business to consumer, and social entrepreneurship. Source: Purdue University Research Foundation News
