The French Minister of Education Najat Vallaud-Belkacem launches E-Fran (training, research and digital animation) in order to accelerate the digital transition in schools and colleges. Najat Vallaud-Belkacem explains the vision: “The digital plan for school can only work if the state, communities and teachers walk hand in hand.” From teachers’ extraordinary pedagogical experience small labs that favours exploration to find new innovative educational methods that is adapted to society of the 21st Century is one of the main driving-forces of the plan.
