The Malaysian KL International Airport (KLIA) is launching a new library service for book lovers where the travellers can lend from a collection of 800 eBooks in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese. The loan is for two days and free of charge for the book reader. After the download no internet is required. The service is already highly appreciated since more than 10 000 travellers have used the service so far. “This Bluetooth beacon programming simplifies the whole process for eBook borrowing, which is an innovative idea that complements traditional books.
